Healthy Carbonara






































Ingredients 2 servings
250 gr. of wholemeal spaghetti (I use San Remo)
5 pieces of smoked beef
1 tablespoon oil
Carbonara sauce:
3 tablespoons Fiber Creme
3 tablespoons of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried italian herbs seasoning
1 teaspoon mushroom bouillon
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 egg yolk
200 ml water
Boiled spaghetti step to maturity according to taste

In one container, mix all the sauce ingredients carbonara (Fiber Creme-white pepper), stir, stir in the egg yolk. While stirring add the water a little bit. Smoked beef stir fry with oil, stir in spaghetti, stirring until blended. split right.

Over low heat, saute the smoked beef with oil. Stir in spaghetti, mix well.

With a small fire to keep using, enter an already stirring sauce ingredients in container. Stir so that mixed with spaghetti. Staying briefly until it thickens. Correction of taste.
