Strawbana Smothies
Ingredients 1 serving
banana 1-2
5 the strawberry fruit
5 tablespoons yogurt
Low-fat milk to taste (optional)
Honey to taste (optional)
The washing step strawberry and peeled banana, cut into pieces, then place it in the freezer
Once frozen, the fruits, or blender puree using a spoon
When you don't like the texture is too thick, you can add the milk
When you do not like too acidic, add honey
Put the yogurt in a container and then pour the fruit that's been crushed last
Can be given a piece of fresh fruit toppings as a complement smothies
