Tamagoyaki






































Ingredients 3 eggs chicken
2 pieces of sausage, cut small
1 carrot, diced small
1 teaspoon yeast broth/gravy ladle pepper powder 1/2 powder
Break egg into bowl of step. Add the carrots, sausage, broth and pepper powder. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.

Preheat teflon with medium heat, lightly grease with oil and flatten with a Kleenex. Enter the egg a little dough, flatten. Allow approximately 2 minutes then roll. Add back the egg batter the teflon blank reply, flatten. Allow approximately 2 minutes. Roll back. Do until the dough runs out.

Cut the tamagoyaki and ready on the serve.
