Spanish Garlic Soup





































Ingredients serves 4
100 grams of mushrooms
100 grams of shrimp (or other seafood)
1/2 paprika
6 cloves garlic (or more)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon water
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 spoon of ground black tehlada
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
to taste salt and sugar
Step 20 minutes
Finely chopped garlic and saute wearing olive oil to medium heat until lightly brown a bit.

Stir in the shrimp, bell pepper, mushroom, paprika powder and lemon water, then stir well and let shrimp changes color (about 3 minutes). This dish is not water, but for me too oily so I add approximately 2 cups of water to be more fresh.

Add black pepper, basil, oregano and parsley. Add salt and sugar to taste (savory dish tends to be with keasinan medium and a bit of sweetness). Mix well. Serve alongside the bread while it is warm.
