Tortilla - Chilli con Carne
Materials Remaining Chilli con Carne (please see my recipe)
4 sheets of ready-made Tortillas (Del Paso)
Lettuce leaves, rough cut
Red Onion, diced or cut into round
Grated Cheddar cheese (optional, I dont use)
Sour Cream
Step Remaining Chilli con Carne I heat without in the lid until the liquid is reduced his/a bit dry.
Preheat a wok large diameter flat, warm-a bit hot right Tortilla (not too hot) two sides. Remove it, and then move to a large plate.
Tata Chilli con Carne in the Middle, leaf lettuce, sprinkle red onion, grated cheddar cheese and sour cream to taste.
Fold into 2 and then enjoy
